Press brake machines can be used to create a variety of shapes using many different materials. We consider several factors before starting the bending and press brake services process. These factors include the metal type, the punch, the die, and the bending force. It is essential to define the metal type due to the material’s difference in physical properties. For example, high carbon steel is harder to bend and press brake than aluminum alloys due to their differences in flexibility and strength. Metals often have recommended minimum bend radius, which we consider to prevent the material from having any potential damages during the procedure. The die and punch that are utilized on the machine also have a considerable impact on the process. The die has a shape similar to the desired product of the metal being bent. The punch is often a solid metal lowered down onto the panel. We place and suit both punch and die accurately to provide the best results for our customers. We define the amount of force our press brake provides with a parameter called tonnage.

How do the Laser Cutting services Work?
A laser is a beam of high-intensity light with a single wavelength or color. In a typical CO2 laser, the wavelength is in the infrared part of the spectrum, so it is invisible to our eyes. The diameter of the beam is about ¾ of an inch as it travels from the resonator, which creates the light through the machine’s laser path. The focused beam goes through the tunnel of the nuzzle before hitting the sheet metal.
Constant wavelengths are focused by a special lens or by a curved mirror. This happens in the laser cutting services device’s head. The beam is precisely compressed and focused so that the shape of the targeted spot and the density of the energy are perfectly consistent and round. By focusing the laser beam on a single point, we increase the heat density at the spot. When we begin the laser cutting services, the heat of the laser beam is enough to start an oxy-fuel burning. However, the beam only melts the material for aluminum and stainless steel.

Using CNC laser cutting machines, we cut custom shapes and patterns. The machine has a capacitive height control system that maintains an accurate distance between the plate and the end of the nozzle. Precision in this distance is very important in laser cutting services since it determines the exact place of the focal point relative to the surface of the material.
